G. Randall Munger is the founder and CEO of UGOT Active Kids. He is an accomplished entrepreneur with a track record of transitioning businesses from early-stage startups to successful enterprises.
Some of the previous projects include the launch of Homemakers Digest magazine, Canadian House and Home Magazine (Canada’s leading home fashion publication), and Advantex Marketing (loyalty marketing company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange).
In 2007 Mr. Munger created UGOT Active Kids with a vision of making a positive contribution by creating accessible arts and fitness programs for kids.
President & COO
Leslie is a unique leader with expertise spanning new business development, staff development, and communications.
Her diverse expertise has driven companies to substantial system improvements, cost-savings and new business areas. She brings an open-mind and an entrepreneurial approach to each role and performs well in challenging environments, taking risks and remaining committed to achieving top results.
At UGOT Active Kids, Leslie is responsible for vision, strategy and financial management. This includes driving new business development initiatives, improving internal systems and processes and directing, coordinating and coaching others throughout the business. As an active community volunteer Leslie has been involved with the United Way, Cornerstone Youth Centre, ADR Institute of Alberta, the Toronto French Historical Society and Futurpreneur Canada.
Client Account Manager
Alanna is involved in many areas of the company with a focus in Sales, Account Management and Marketing, bringing valuable experience and extensive background of working with children. She strives to create the best possible programs for clients and understands how to meet their objectives and goals.
Alanna graduated with a BA in sociology from York University and has previously worked with the City of Toronto in the Parks & Recreation and Children’s Services division. She is also the Executive Director and one of the instructors at a not-for-profit dance school in Parkdale, Toronto, Canada.
As an arts advocate, she feels very fortunate to work with UGOT Active Kids and help all children and youth with their search of creativity.
Program Director / Instructor Management
Alena is involved in managing multiple areas of the organization, including marketing, recruitment, human resources management, scheduling, and the delivery of all UGOT Active Kids programs. She has been responsible for developing and implementing the overall vision of the organization since 2010.
Her background combines education in HR Management and several years of experience in business administration and talent management.
With over 20 years of professional performing and teaching experience, Alena brings a unique and versatile background to UGOT Active Kids.
Niky joined UGOT Active Kids at its inception and has been responsible for developing choreography and instructor training for all UGOT Active Kids dance programs. She is responsible for quality control, instructor support, coaching, training and development.
Niky is an accomplished dancer, instructor, and performer with many performance appearances to her credit including Hairspray, Honey, Degrassi: The Next Generation, The Amazing Race, and multiple commercials and music videos. She has worked with some of the world’s top choreographers including Mia Michaels, Shane Sparks, Brian Friedman, Blake McGrath and Luther Brown.
