for Pre-School, Kindergarten and School Age Children
This play-based program focuses on introducing children to different sports through games, drills, team building exercises, and fun activities. Children have an opportunity to learn basic sports skills, including throwing, kicking, running, jumping, hopping, and catching. Most importantly, our students love Good Sport classes and have a blast every single time!
Each session is designed to incorporate elements from multiple sports, like soccer, basketball, hockey, volleyball, football, tennis, and baseball.
Our biggest goal is to just always keep them moving and busy to develop an early love and appreciation for physical activity. By the end of the program, children will have gained experience with a variety of different sports, tactics, and rules, encouraging them to live an active and healthy lifestyle.
